PANAMA CITY — The Cartus Broker Network, an international corporate relocation company, has named Northwest Florida’s Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate a Platinum Award winner. Platinum is the highest level of excellence award given to principal brokers.
The award was given for “outstanding performance in Pensacola and Panama City during the past year,” a news release stated. It is the seventh time the local Coldwell Banker office has won the award, given for “overall performance excellence in sales conversion, agent generated referrals and timeliness in reporting.”
“Being presented with these two awards is a recognition of extraordinary accomplishment,” said Scott Becker, Cartus interim CEO and senior vice president of affinity and broker services. “Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has delivered the very highest levels of results to both their customers and the Cartus Broker Network and, ultimately, this has resulted in our ability to provide great value to our clients and their relocating employees.”
“We’re honored to receive a Platinum and USAA Real Estate Rewards Network Eagle Award,” said Denis McKinnon, regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Northwest Florida. “Our team has spent the last year fully dedicating themselves to achieving the best results for Cartus.”
Marianne Palmer, Coldwell’s relocation director, said, “I’m grateful to our team for all of their efforts and know that our sales associates will continue raising the bar for success.”
